Upon signing on with Aging in Place Senior Care Services, a care plan will be developed to accommodate your specific care needs.

If it is a service we do not provide we would be happy to refer you to the appropriate senior care entity for that service.

What are some of the services we provide?

Are Aging in Place’s caregivers employees or independent contractors?

We are a non-medical personal assistance service agency, meaning we are unable to provide any skilled care, such as assistance with feeding tubes, catheters, colostomy bags or wound care.

We provide personal care, companion care, hospice support and safety supervision services, just to name a few.

They are employees and are bonded and insured as a result of working with a licensed agency. The caregiving staff are W-2 employees.

How long does it take to get services started?

What are the billing intervals?

Non-medical care services are not covered by insurance. We are a private pay provider, however, we do work with clients that have Long Term Care policies that are reimbursed or covered for their services.

The more time to initiate services the better, however, if the aide staff is available, we can initiate services within 24 hours of signing in an emergency scenario.

Do we assist residents living in communities?

Billing is generated semimonthly. The periods are the first of the month to the 15th of the month and the 16th to the end of the month.

We have always supported residents of our local senior living communities. We provide assistance for those living in independent living, assisted living and memory care units. We have also supported our clients in healthcare facilities, skilled nursing facilities and in hospital and hospice settings.
